The eco2jet kick-off meeting took place in IESTA’s Vienna office. The whole consortium started the relevant project activities regarding the specification of requirements for an overall system architecture on R744 HVAC-systems.

Regarding the evaluation tasks in work package 6, first steps were defined for the measurement of the environment. Additionally, it was committed to analyse the previous project GreenHVAC4Rail to align the basic knowledge within the whole consortium.

The second focus of the meeting was the extension of the project’s scope by including a fast track demonstrator (FTD) to support the requirements and development phase. This proposal was accepted by all partners and Liebherr planned first activities together with ÖBB.
