Main Target:

• Build up and assembly of the KEYTECH4EV vehicle demonstrator
• Vehicle controls development
• Calibration and commissioning of the vehicle
• Purchase of all parts and subsystems
• Vehicle Packaging & Design
  

TRL:

Beginning of project: TRL 4 (technology validated in relevant environment)

Expected TRL end of project: TRL 6 (technology demonstrated in relevant environment)

Main Tasks:

• 8.1: Vehicle Packaging and Design
• 8.2: Purchase and manufacturing of all parts
• 8.3: Vehicle control
• 8.4: Vehicle build-up
• 8.5: Calibration and commissioning of the vehicle

Methods:

• 3D Packaging & Design by CATIA or ProE
• Wiring harness design by specific tools
• Wiring diagram design by specific tools (e.g. EPlan)
• Vehicle conversion in a specific prototype car workshop
• Tools, methodologies and processed for vehicle conversion
• Control Software tests based on HiL & SiL
• Safety development based on functional safety standards
• Model based HiL calibration 3D CAD Design with CATIA or ProE

Main Milestones:

MILESTONE 30: Vehicle ready for validation
